its no News that Jungle Justice has become an accustomed act adopted by the society to chastize the Transgressor which has often led to gruesome death if there were no swift actions by Legal officers..
Nigeria,Cameroon and south Africa cannot be left out whenever Jungle justice is looked into as a crime commited by the society with notable retrospective examples;
Aluu four lynching;All first sons of their parents lynched mercilessly and burnt by this very society of ignorant or rather furiated uncrowned chief judges
The Bakassi boys were unlawfully formed to punish perpetrators by use of matchetes futher burning them to death
the most astonishing was a 7year old boy who was beaten and burnt to death in Lagos;this is the level of mental illness this self-acclaimed society suffers and the extent they are willing to announce or display their illness.
itll be very unwise not to mention the rampage of Xenophobia in SouthAfrica which has been a source of death for Nigerians who lived in the country
jungle justice is not a rightful way to judge a Trangressor,its an Excuse to commit Murder in the Public
its an extrajudicial form of killing human lifes.
What has the Government Done to prohibit this unlawful judges from excersing their Knowledge of Law in the Society or are they folding their hands to this acts???
